Information about our order and shipping policy.

The information page of a product at the webshop will indicate when a product is out of stock. When there is no indication that the product is out of stock, you can order the product and the standard delivery times will apply. If a product is out of stock and it was not yet included in the system, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you have any questions or want to be certain of the delivery time, please contact us by e-mail.


We have most items in stock and can transfer the order to the selected carrier within maximum 3 working days. After transfer to the selected carrier, we will forward the track and trace number by e-mail. The delivery of the items depends on the delivery times of the carrier.

For the products that are not directly in stock, different delivery times apply. Please contact us by e-mail to receive more information about delivery times.

The shipping costs in Euro are calculated by your shopping cart, before ‘proceed to checkout’. When ‘free shipping’ is possible, this option will be selected automatically. Shipping cost can be checked at the website of our shipping broker

The calculation of the shipping cost is based on the total weight of the package and the destination. The steps of calculating the costs in the EU are based on the following steps based on the weight (total kg: resin including packaging and box):

  • 0 – 2 kg
  • 2 – 5 kg
  • 5 – 10 kg
  • 10 – 20 kg

It is possible that more material can be ordered with the same shipping costs. The shipping costs can be calculated at ‘your cart’ when the desired products are added to the cart and when the shipping address is updated at the ‘order summary’ section.

When you want to place an order, you can choose to order directly and create an account during the ordering process. You can use this account for future orders. Orders can be placed at our store. Click on the resins you want to order, select the packaging and the amount or products. Click on ‘add to cart’ to add the products to your cart. You can continue shopping or finish the order by clicking ‘proceed to checkout’. Finalise your order by clicking ‘place order’.

Information about the status of your order can be found in addition to the shipping confirmation sent to your e-mail address, also in your account. When you log into your account and click on ‘Orders’, you will find an overview of your recent orders. As soon as the order is transferred to the selected carrier, you can follow your order by the track and trace number that is forwarded by e-mail. If you have questions, please contact us by e-mail.

Share your details for invoicing when placing the order or send them to us by email. We will send an invoice to your email, and the original invoice will be included in the package.

If you want to cancel your purchase, you can do so within 14 days after purchase. This period starts on the day after the package has been received by or on behalf of you. Products must therefore be unopened in original packaging and undamaged. A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund fee. We will refund or exchange products after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
